Our wildlife rehabilitation hospital accepts patients in a drop-off area. Our busy season hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. each day.If you have found an animal that needs medical attention, keep it in a cardboard box with a lid or a closed paper bag in a warm, dark, and quiet place until you can bring it to the hospital.
Before you bring us an animal, please contact the Hospital Hotline Voicemail at (925) 659-8156 or email [email protected] for additional information and advice. All hotline calls are sent to a voicemail that is monitored from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. every day. Please expect a call the same day or the next day if calling after 5 p.m.
